A reminder, for those who haven’t yet held a place and a deeper look, for those who have.

Seven days from today, we’re hosting a live webinar on the operational reality behind decarbonisation in 2026: what’s actually translating compliance cost into commercial return, and what isn’t.

Three questions are on the table.

1. What does “measurable” actually look like?

Compliance is binary; commercial return is not. When operators say their decarbonisation programme is delivering measurable gains, what does that number look like in practice, where in the voyage is it being captured, and what had to change in the operating model to get there?

2. Where do optimisation efforts break down between owners and charterers?

In nearly every fleet we speak to, the technical and commercial sides of the same vessel are measured against different KPIs on different time horizons. The gap between those measurements is now being priced by EU ETS, by FuelEU Maritime, and by charterers themselves.

3. What’s the role of human expertise when the data is everywhere?

Performance dashboards are now abundant. People who can interpret them quickly enough for it to matter commercially are not. The panel will explore why the integration argument is ultimately an operating model question, not a technology one.

Moderated by Nick Chubb. The session is grounded in real-world implementation.
